The location of the hotel was central, not far from food outlets and the motorway, the food court and Days Inn Wetherby. The room was well-equipped and new-fashioned and complete with squeezey soap, all necessary facilities, I had everything needed.

Booked twin room with an electric kettle, central heating and an electronic key card. The bed was very comfy and I had a private bathroom. Location: the hotel was right by the services and Wetherby and the food court.

The hotel was fairly clean and had pleasant stuff on reception desk. The location was easy, on service area, convenient to go everywhere. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Location sits near the motorway and provides easy access to nearby options for food and services. The rooms feature a unique Travel Buddy smartphone for guest convenience.
The carpets throughout the hotel show signs of wear with unsightly stains, and the bathrooms have seen better days. For example, one had a shower gel dispenser run out. No air conditioning, and the noise from the nearby main road could be quite bothersome at night, disrupting sleep. Attempting to enjoy breakfast proved challenging as many items were either stale or absent, leaving little in the way of satisfactory options.

The staff were very friendly and efficient, the location is excellent and our dog was also welcome. The countryside behind the hotel is great for stretching your legs after a long car trip. The room was spacious and comfortable but a little warm during the night. The neighbouring services offer a good cooked breakfast before you set off again on your travels.

Good, clean hotel ideal for visiting Harrogate where the hotels tend to be quite expensive. Easy to get to on A1M and good service area next door.Hotel room and bathroom very good.
Would have been even better if it had a bar area, or just somewhere to buy a drink.
